Talisman Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly experienced, results-oriented, and AI-driven Growth & Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end marketing initiatives for our Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services.
This is a high-impact role for a strategic thinker and hands-on executor who can independently drive brand awareness, demand generation, lead acquisition, and revenue growth.
We are not looking for coordinators or individuals who require continuous supervision. We seek a confident, self-motivated, and highly accountable professional who can take ownership, make informed decisions, and consistently deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the complete marketing lifecycle from strategy through execution and optimization.
- Develop and implement growth marketing strategies to generate qualified leads and sales opportunities.
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, content marketing, and other digital channels.
- Develop and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives targeting healthcare providers and healthcare organizations.
- Build and optimize lead generation funnels, landing pages, and conversion pathways.
- Manage website content, SEO initiatives, and website performance optimization.
- Create compelling marketing collateral including presentations, whitepapers, blogs, case studies, brochures, proposals, and sales enablement materials.
- Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and industry intelligence activities.
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve ROI, conversion rates, CPL, MQL, and overall marketing effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with business development and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with organizational objectives.
- Manage marketing automation workflows and nurture campaigns.
Required Industry Experience
- Minimum 5 years of B2B marketing experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience marketing Healthcare RCM, Medical Billing, Healthcare IT, Healthcare BPO, or related healthcare services.
- Strong understanding of US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management processes and terminology.
Required Technology & Platform Expertise
Candidates must possess hands-on expertise with:
- CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or equivalent.
- LinkedIn, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Google Analytics (GA4).
- Google Ads and PPC campaign management.
- SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or equivalent.
- Marketing automation platforms.
- Email marketing platforms.
- WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
- Lead generation and prospect intelligence tools.
Required AI Expertise
Candidates must demonstrate extensive practical use of AI tools in their daily workflow.
Examples include:
- AI-assisted content creation and optimization.
- SEO and keyword research.
- Campaign planning and performance analysis.
- Marketing automation and workflow optimization.
- Competitive intelligence and market research.
- Prompt engineering and AI-assisted productivity enhancement

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
