Temenos Transact/T24 Test Analyst / Tester / Test Consultant

Role Overview
We are looking for a Temenos Transact (T24) Tester with 2–8 years of experience in T24 core banking implementations. The candidate should possess strong functional testing expertise in one or more Transact modules such as TPH, Payments, AA Deposits, AA Lending, Treasury, Core, or Accounting, and be capable of driving test case design and execution in implementation or upgrade projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with business stakeholders (banks, NBFCs, financial institutions) to gather and analyse requirements
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs)
- Conduct gap analysis between business needs and Temenos Transact functionalities
- Configure and support implementation of relevant Transact modules
- Participate in end-to-end project lifecycle (implementation, upgrade, migration)
- Support SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities
- Work closely with technical teams for customization and integrations
- Assist in regulatory compliance alignment (RBI guidelines, reporting requirements, etc.)
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer for client teams
- Support data migration, reconciliation, and validation activities
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–8 years of experience working on Temenos Transact (T24)
- Strong functional testing knowledge in at least one module:
- TPH (Temenos Payment Hub)
- Payments
- AA Deposits
- AA Lending
- Treasury
- Core Banking
- Accounting
- Solid understanding of Test Planning, Test Design, Test Execution and Defect Reporting and Tracking
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience across multiple Transact modules
- Experience in Banking Domain
- Proficient in devising all the artefacts of testing such as Test Scenarios, Test cases, Defect reports and Test summary report
- Temenos certification (preferred)
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication skills (client-facing experience preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
