Job Brief
We are looking for a qualified and dedicated medical professional to oversee and support clinical operations within the hospital. The role involves delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring compliance with medical standards, and coordinating with clinical teams to enhance overall service delivery.
The ideal candidate should be a registered medical practitioner with strong clinical knowledge, patient management skills, and the ability to lead and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities Clinical & Patient Care
- Conduct patient examinations, diagnosis, and treatment
- Perform routine check-ups, health risk assessments, and screenings
- Prescribe medications and provide clear treatment plans
- Respond to medical concerns, including history taking, investigations, and referrals
- Ensure high standards of patient care and safety.
Coordination & Team Management
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals
- Support in supervising and coordinating clinical staff activities
- Assist in scheduling and monitoring team performance
- Contribute to improving patient experience and clinical outcomes
Healthcare Programs & Compliance
- Develop and implement healthcare programs and initiatives
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies, NABH guidelines, and medical regulations
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow medical ethics
Operational & Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
- Review medical cases and monitor patient progress
- Support in developing and implementing SOPs and process improvements
- Assist in improving hospital performance and service quality
Continuous Learning & Development
- Stay updated with the latest medical advancements, treatments, and protocols
- Attend conferences, training sessions, and seminars
- Participate in research and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
- MBBS / BAMS / BHMS (Registered Medical Practitioner) with MBA in Health Care services
Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in medical services.

Pay: From ₹60,000.00 per month
