Job Summary
Photonics Watertech Ltd. is looking for Solar Technicians and Senior Solar Technicians to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and commission solar photovoltaic systems. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring quality installation and efficient system performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Install solar modules, mounting structures, inverters, and electrical components.
- Perform wiring, cable laying, earthing, and system connections.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot system faults and technical issues.
- Assist in testing and commissioning of solar power plants.
- Follow safety procedures and site guidelines.
- Maintain installation and maintenance records.
- Lead installation teams and train junior technicians where applicable.
Qualification
- ITI Electrician / Wireman / Diploma Electrical.
Experience
- Solar Technician: 0–3 Years
- Senior Solar Technician: 3–7 Years
Required Skills
- Solar installation and maintenance.
- Electrical wiring and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of solar system components.
- Teamwork and field coordination.
- Ability to work at heights and outdoor locations.
