Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Montessori Pre-School Teacher to foster a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young children. The ideal candidate will implement Montessori principles to encourage independence, creativity, and a love for learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate Montessori activities and lessons.
- Create a structured yet flexible classroom environment that promotes curiosity and self-discipline.
- Observe, assess, and document each child’s development and progress.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and engaging classroom setup with Montessori materials.
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in young learners.
- Collaborate with parents and provide regular progress updates.
- Encourage hands-on, self-directed learning while ensuring classroom discipline.
- Adhere to school policies and safety regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Diploma or Certification in Montessori Teaching / Early Childhood Education.
- Experience: Prior experience in a Montessori or preschool setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a nurturing attitude towards children.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.
