We’re looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team at Seasons Mall, Pune.
What You’ll Do
- Handle customer queries through calls, messages, and other support channels.
- Understand customer concerns and provide timely solutions.
- Resolve complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Provide information about our products and services.
- Maintain a positive, helpful, and customer-first attitude.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused and friendly personality.
- Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
