ABOUT THE ROLE
The clinical and operational authority guiding what HealthOS builds. You will translate the real-world workflows of hospitals, pharmacies, labs and regulators into clear product requirements, and act as our bridge to the anchor hospitals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Map clinical and hospital-operations workflows (OPD, IPD, ICU, pharmacy, laboratory, billing) into product requirements.
- Advise on EMR structure, clinical data standards and patient-journey design.
- Guide ABDM / ABHA, HL7 FHIR, NABH and broader regulatory alignment.
- Serve as the primary liaison with anchor hospitals — gather requirements, validate features and support onboarding and training.
- Safeguard clinical accuracy, safety and usability for doctors, nurses and hospital staff.
- Lend domain credibility to sales and onboarding conversations.
REQUIREMENTS
- A strong healthcare background — clinician (MBBS/BDS/Nursing), hospital administrator, or health-informatics professional.
- Deep understanding of hospital operations and clinical workflows.
- Familiarity with EMR/HMS systems and the Indian healthcare regulatory landscape (ABDM, NABH).
- Excellent communication skills to bridge clinical and technical teams.
PREFERRED
- Health-IT or digital-health implementation experience.
- Knowledge of the Assam / North-East India healthcare context.
