Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator who will act as the central point of communication between our field managers, vendors, and internal team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth execution of events from planning to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily with field managers to track event progress and requirements
- Communicate with vendors (fabricators, florists, lighting teams, etc.) and ensure timely delivery
- Manage schedules, timelines, and logistics for multiple events
- Ensure all materials and resources are arranged before event setup
- Handle last-minute changes and troubleshoot on-ground issues
- Maintain clear documentation of vendor details, costs, and operations
- Support the creative and execution teams for seamless event delivery
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in event management / operations (preferred)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Basic knowledge of event setups and vendor management
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Willingness to travel locally and be on-site during events
