URGENT HIRING – Event Sales Manager (Events & Weddings)
Location: Shamiyana Gardens, Jaipur
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: Minimum 3 Years in Event Industry Sales (Mandatory)
Salary: As per Company Standards + Attractive Incentives
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive outbound sales and achieve revenue targets for weddings, social events, corporate events, and venue bookings
- Generate new business through event planners, wedding planners, caterers, associations, corporates, schools, government bodies, and agencies
- Conduct client meetings, prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and convert leads into business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and venue partners
- Coordinate with operations and execution teams to ensure successful event delivery
- Maintain sales pipeline, CRM updates, MIS reports, and revenue forecasts
- Identify new venue and business opportunities across Rajasthan
Requirements:
- Proven experience in event, wedding, hospitality, or venue sales
- Strong networking, business development, and client relationship skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Target-driven with the ability to manage end-to-end sales activities
