Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complete Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Treasury, Audit, MIS, Budgeting, Costing, FP&A, Compliance and Business Finance functions.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning and profitability improvement initiatives.
- Ensure timely monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing and reporting.
- Manage statutory compliance, GST, Income Tax, audits and corporate governance.
- Own working capital, cash flow, banking relationships and treasury operations.
- Implement strong internal controls and risk management practices.
- Drive SAP S/4 HANA finance transformation and automation.
- Support business growth through financial analysis and leadership inputs.
- Lead finance team development and succession planning.
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- SAP S/4 HANA / SAP HANA experience mandatory.
- 15+ years of experience in finance Department.
- Automotive industry experience mandatory.
- Big 4 experience would be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹3,500,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
