About You
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering with 8–10 years of experience in electronics manufacturing and production operations. Strong knowledge of assembly processes, PCB assembly and testing, reflow and wave soldering, production planning, line balancing, and electronic manufacturing processes. Experienced in managing production teams and shop floor operations, with a good understanding of IPC standards, ESD handling, quality systems, ERP systems, and MS Office tools. Possesses strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in high-volume electronics manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of Functional Testing, and Burn-in processes.
- Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, and Kaizen methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple production lines.
- Strong communication and team management abilities
