Job Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction sector.
- Generate leads from private clients, architects, consultants, industries, educational institutions, hospitals, and government departments.
- Meet prospective clients and present company capabilities.
- Build relationships with architects, consultants, PMC firms, and decision-makers.
- Track upcoming construction projects and tender opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and business development reports.
- Coordinate with the estimation and project teams for bid submissions.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into projects.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and projects.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
