JD- Sales Support
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow existing client accounts within the VLSI/semiconductor domain
Act as the primary point of contact for customers for all commercial and delivery-related discussions.
Understand customer requirements related to VLSI design services .
Work closely with presales, engineering, and delivery teams to propose solutions and ensure successful project execution.
Drive new business opportunities, account mining, and revenue growth.
Prepare proposals, pricing, SOWs, and contracts in coordination with internal stakeholders.
Track account performance, billing, forecasting, and margins.
Ensure customer satisfaction and handle escalations effectively.
Stay updated on semiconductor industry trends and customer roadmaps
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development within the VLSI/semiconductor industry.
Strong understanding of VLSI design lifecycle and services.
Proven experience managing enterprise or strategic accounts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work with global customers and cross-functional teams.
