About the Role
We are looking for a result-oriented and dynamic Inside Sales Executive with experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business opportunities, managing customer interactions, coordinating with OEMs and vendors, and contributing to revenue growth through effective solution selling.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify business opportunities through cold calling, emails, follow-ups, and client interactions.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT Infrastructure and technology solutions.
Coordinate with OEMs, distributors, and technical teams for solution discussions and commercial proposals.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and related sales documentation.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive closures and repeat business.
Manage sales pipeline, CRM updates, and opportunity tracking.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and execution.
Support payment follow-ups and customer satisfaction initiatives.
Preferred Educational Qualification & Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
3–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, IT Sales, B2B Sales, or Business Development.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Good understanding of IT Infrastructure, Networking, Cloud, Cybersecurity, or Enterprise Solutions.
Experience in lead generation, pipeline management, and customer relationship management.
Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of independently managing sales activities.
