Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Front Office Lecturer to teach and train students in hotel front office operations. The lecturer will be responsible for classroom teaching, practical training, demonstrations, student assessments, and developing industry-ready hospitality professionals.

- Night Auditing
- Guest Complaints and Problem Solving
- Front Office Accounting
- Property Management Systems (PMS)
- Yield and Revenue Management
- Concierge and Bell Desk Operations
- Safety, Security, and Guest Relations
- Conduct practical classes, role plays, demonstrations, and front office simulations.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, question papers, and practical activities.
- Assess students through written tests, practical examinations, presentations, and assignments.
- Maintain student attendance, academic records, and performance reports.
- Provide career guidance and interview preparation to students.
- Organize industry visits, workshops, seminars, and guest lectures.
- Coordinate internships and industrial training related to front office operations.
- Keep students updated with current hotel industry practices and technology.
- Maintain discipline and professional standards in the classroom and practical laboratory.
- Participate in departmental meetings, academic planning, examinations, and institutional activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management / Tourism Management.
- Relevant hotel industry or teaching experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of front office operations and hotel procedures.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) is an advantage.
