Full Stack Developer
About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Full Stack Developer to join our tech team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable web applications for our travel and fleet management platforms.
Along with development responsibilities, the candidate should also be comfortable handling basic IT and office technical support tasks such as resolving laptop issues, Wi-Fi/network troubleshooting, software installations, and other day-to-day technical requirements within the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain secure and scalable web applications using the MERN stack
- Design and manage MongoDB databases
- Build responsive frontend interfaces using React.js
- Develop backend APIs and services using Node.js and Express.js
- Debug, optimize, and maintain existing applications
- Collaborate with product, design, and development teams
- Maintain code quality and follow best practices
- Provide basic office IT support including laptop setup/troubleshooting, Wi-Fi/network issues, software installation, and general technical assistance
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong knowledge of MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
- Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and frontend-backend integration
- Familiarity with Git/version control
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to independently handle technical troubleshooting
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 1+ year of experience in full-stack/MERN stack development
- Understanding of UI/UX and web performance optimization
