Job Title: Strategic Academic Partnerships

Key Responsibilities
Academic Partnership Development
- Identify, engage and establish relationships with universities, colleges, research institutions and academic stakeholders
- Design and execute strategic initiatives to expand the academic partnership ecosystem and enhance brand visibility within the education sector
- Lead negotiations and formalize collaborations through MoUs, agreements and contractual frameworks
Program Coordination
- Plan, manage and oversee collaborative initiatives including joint research projects, student and faculty exchange programs and co-development activities
- Ensure smooth execution of programs by tracking timelines, deliverables and reporting standards
- Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams and academic partners, ensuring alignment and effective coordination
Stakeholder Engagement
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with academic leaders, faculty members and researchers
- Represent the organization at conferences, webinars and academic forums to drive partnership growth
- Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders, sharing updates, insights and performance outcomes
Data & Impact Analysis
- Track and evaluate partnership performance using data-driven approaches
- Implement evaluation frameworks to assess collaboration effectiveness and recommend improvements
- Prepare case studies, reports and white papers to showcase partnership success and institutional impact
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field
Experience
- Minimum 1 years of experience in academic partnerships, university relations or higher education engagement
- Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale collaborations, preferably within the education sector
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in partnership management tools and data analysis platforms
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple, complex initiatives
Location: Chennai (On-site)
Preference for candidates from Anna Nagar, Perambur, Kolathur, Kilpauk, Koyambedu, Aminjikarai, Thirumangalam, Arumbakkam, Jawahar Nagar, Peravallur, Purasawalkam, Madhavaram.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
