Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Associate to manage end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding, HR operations and employee engagement activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements while ensuring a positive employee experience.
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination and candidate communication
- Post job openings across various job portals and campus hiring channels
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters and other employee documentation
- Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, confirmations and exit formalities
- Maintain attendance records and provide HR support for payroll processing
- Organize employee engagement activities, training sessions and internal HR initiatives
- Prepare recruitment reports and hiring dashboards
- Coordinate with various departments for hiring requirements
- Maintain office files, employee documents and administrative records
- Handle vendor coordination, office supplies and inventory management
- Conduct regular audits and tracking of company-issued laptops, mobile devices and other equipment
- Support management with administrative tasks and ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition or HR Operations
- Freshers with strong communication skills and HR internship experience may also apply
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational, coordination, and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring timeline
- Knowledge of basic business tools and sales reporting systems is an added advantage
