A registered staff nurse provides direct medical care to patients, monitors vital signs, administers medications, and works with doctors. They assess patient needs and keep health records updated in hospitals or clinics. Key Responsibilities
- Check and record patient vital signs like blood pressure and temperature.
- Give medicines, injections, and IV treatments as ordered by doctors.
- Create and update patient care plans with the health team.
- Teach patients and families how to manage health at home.
- Keep clean and accurate medical notes.
- Help doctors during medical tests and emergency procedures
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
