- Assess patient health conditions, record medical histories, and monitor vital signs.
- Administer prescribed medications, injections, and intravenous therapies, carefully noting any side effects or adverse reactions.
- Assist patients with daily living activities—including personal hygiene, feeding, and positioning.
- Implement personalized care plans and perform technical nursing procedures.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date healthcare records and charts for each patient.
- Hand over and take charge of patient shifts, ensuring all critical reports, medications, and equipment are accounted for.
- Manage ward supplies, medications, and surgical instruments, requesting replacements from sub-stores when necessary.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
