Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. This role primarily focuses on end-to-end recruitment and managing day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth functioning across the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a sense of ownership, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities: HR Responsibilities

Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process – from sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and update job descriptions.
Handle onboarding formalities, documentation, and induction process for new employees.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communication.
Coordinate performance reviews and support the HR team in policy implementation.
Manage internship and campus hiring coordination where required.

Key Responsibilities: Administrative Responsibilities

Oversee office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination.
Ensure timely maintenance of office infrastructure and handle petty cash expenses.
Maintain employee attendance records and support payroll processing inputs.
Coordinate travel bookings, event setups, and other administrative tasks.
Ensure compliance with basic office policies and assist in audit-related documentation when required.

Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
Familiarity with recruitment portals and HRMS tools

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Prior experience in HR/recruitment and office administration is preferred

3-8 years of hands-on experience in Engagement, Talent reviews and Learning & Development.
Candiate has to be Confident, proactive and comfortable operating within a continuously changing and evolving environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Keen understanding of roles and designations within the organization and current industry trends.
Able to prioritize own work and deal with confidential and sensitive information.
A flexible approach, able to cope with a constantly changing environment and priorities.
Ability to listen and communicate carefully and with empathy – emotional intelligence.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HR Systems (e.g., SuccessFactors)
