We are looking for an experienced Tours Operator with strong knowledge of international destinations, supplier handling, and tour package creation. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing end-to-end tour operations and delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries and convert them into bookings
- Coordinate with suppliers (hotels, DMCs, airlines, transport providers)
- Negotiate rates and maintain good supplier relationships
- Create and design new tour packages based on market demand
- Prepare itineraries, costing, and quotations
- Manage bookings, confirmations, and travel documentation
- Provide support to customers before and during travel
Requirements:
- 2–4 years experience in tours and travel industry
- Strong knowledge of international travel destinations
- Experience in supplier coordination and package creation
- Good communication and sales skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, CRM tools)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in FIT & Group Tours
- Knowledge of visa processing
- Familiarity with destinations like UAE, Maldives, Thailand, Europe
