Job Responsibilities:
1. Maintaining current clients and developing New Accounts (B2B Sales).
2. Excellent communication and people skills.
3. Reach out to existing customers over the phone for upselling (B2B Sales).
4. Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with new clients (B2B Sales).
5. Maintain MIS.
6. Maintain Sales Pre & Post documentation.
7. Maintain and update pending follow ups.
8. Coordination with Operations team for on time product deliveries.
9. Prepare sales quotations.
10. Generate proforma invoices, tax invoices, and manage sales orders.
11. Ensure timely and accurate creation of e-way bills as per statutory requirements.
12. Perform sales data entry in ERP systems and ensure all transactions are updated.
13. Create and maintain sales reports using Tally.
Skills Required:
1) Knowledge of Microsoft office, specifically Excel & Advance Excel.
2) ERP experience is necessary.
