Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Source, screen, and hire candidates for sales, service, and other departments.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads for final selection.
- Handle onboarding formalities, documentation, and induction programs.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Address employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Organize engagement activities, team-building events, and welfare programs.
- Promote a positive work environment and ensure employee satisfaction.
Payroll & Compliance:
- Maintain attendance records and process payroll on time.
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, labor laws).
- Handle leave management and employee benefits administration.
Training & Performance Management:
- Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
- Assist in performance appraisals, feedback sessions, and promotions.
- Monitor employee performance and provide HR reports to management.
Requirements:
- Education: MBA in HR or a related field.
- Experience: 0-2 years in HR roles (Freshers with an HR background can apply)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
