Customer Success Associate
Location: Viman Nagar , Pune
Work Mode: Work from Office (Walk-in Interviews)
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound calling to connect with potential customers
- Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality
Eligibility Criteria:
- UG Freshers and candidates are welcome
- Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory (no MTI/RTI/grammar issues)
Salary Range: Up to ₹24,000 CTC (based on last drawn)
Work Schedule:
- 5 days working
- Rotational shifts
Interview Mode: Face-to-face only
