Job Description

Performing market research on prospective clients to increase our customer database.

Meeting potential customers, setting up meetings, cold calling, and generating leads.

Assisting existing clients/vendors in using our product, solving queries, and giving a prompt response.

Handling inbound queries via chat/phone.

Taking feedback from customers/vendors and reporting it to supervisors and the product team.

Developing hands-on skills in customer service (inbound) and a lot of other aspects of the logistics industry.
Qualifications
-
UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization, (B.A - Economics, BMS Preferred).

PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization, (MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization).

Prior work experience in Sales / Marketing will be a win-win situation.
Skills:

Well versed with MS-Office.

Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
