Create, Operate and execute complex programs on Fanuc, Siemens, or Mitsubishi CNC controllers.Perform tool length compensation (G43), adjust work coordinate offsets (G54–G59), and execute manual data input (MDI) overrides safely.
Inspect large raw materials (castings, heavy plates) for structural alignment before initiating roughing paths.
Maintain tight geometrical tolerances (GD&T) using precision tools like dial indicators, micrometer gauges, and large calipers.Inspect cutting tool wear, index machine inserts efficiently, and manage high-load spindle parameters.
