Position : Factory Manager
Location : Boisar (Palghar, Maharashtra)
Role:
Responsible for overall factory operations including production, quality, maintenance, manpower, safety, and cost control to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute production schedules
- Achieve production targets (quantity & quality)
- Optimize machine utilization and reduce downtime
- Ensure quality standards and SOP compliance
- Manage manpower and shift planning
- Oversee machine maintenance (preventive & breakdown)
- Ensure safety and statutory compliance
- Control costs, wastage, and improve productivity
- Prepare production reports and MIS
Requirements:
- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma (Mechanical/Production/Industrial)
- 8–15 years in manufacturing
- Strong operations and compliance knowledge
- Team handling and leadership skills
- Knowledge of ISO/quality systems preferred
