About the Role
The trainer will be responsible for planning and conducting school-based sessions and activities focused on student learning, engagement, health awareness, life skills, and community participation. The role requires regular coordination with schools, students, teachers, and project teams to ensure smooth implementation of program activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and activity-based sessions for students as per project plans and timelines
- Facilitate educational, awareness, engagement, and co-curricular activities within schools
- Support implementation of student development initiatives related to learning, health, environment, and life skills
- Coordinate with school authorities, teachers, and community stakeholders for smooth execution of activities
- Organize and support events, campaigns, competitions, and student engagement initiatives
- Conduct student interactions and encourage participation through interactive learning methods
- Support community outreach and parent engagement activities where required
- Maintain attendance, activity records, photographs, reports, and documentation
- Share regular updates and progress reports with the project team
- Travel to assigned schools and support implementation across locations as required
Qualification & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline (Education, Social Work, Psychology, or related fields preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in training, teaching, school programs, community engagement, or facilitation
- Freshers with strong communication and facilitation skills may also apply
Required Skills
- Good facilitation and presentation skills
- Ability to engage and interact with school students
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Basic documentation and reporting skills
- Creativity and activity-based learning approach
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Willingness to travel as required
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
