Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Project Manager to support delivery of a complex technology transformation program involving platform migrations, data integration, and cross-functional coordination.
This role requires strong execution focus, structured planning, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across technical and business teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Delivery Management
Manage end-to-end delivery of transformation initiatives from initiation through closure
Coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams with interdependencies
Drive milestone-based execution aligned to defined timelines and objectives
Planning & Governance
Define and maintain:
Project plans and schedules
RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
Communication plans
Track progress, identify risks, and ensure proactive mitigation
Provide regular status reporting to stakeholders, including executive-level updates
Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination
Act as the central point of coordination across:
Internal technical and business teams
External vendors and partners
Drive accountability and alignment across all stakeholders
Facilitate discussions, resolve conflicts, and remove delivery impediments
Execution Support
Support delivery of platform migration and integration activities
Ensure alignment across dependent systems, teams, and timelines
Assist in transition planning, validation, and operational readiness
Delivery Approach
Operate within a hybrid delivery model (structured milestone-driven with selective agile practices where applicable)
Facilitate team cadences and checkpoints as needed to maintain delivery momentum
Required Qualifications
6–10 years of experience in Project or Program Management
Proven experience managing complex technology or infrastructure programs
Strong experience in:
Cross-functional team coordination
Multi-vendor environments
Managing timelines, risks, and dependencies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to operate in fast-paced, evolving environments with minimal supervision
Nice to Have
Exposure to security, data, or platform transformation programs
Experience with large-scale migrations or system integrations
Familiarity with data governance, compliance, or operational process changes
Experience working with distributed/global teams

Clear visibility and control over project timelines, risks, and deliverables
Strong coordination across multiple teams and stakeholders
On-time delivery of key milestones with minimal disruption
Effective communication and structured reporting to leadership
