About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Amazon Ads Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns across Amazon marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Amazon PPC, a strong analytical mindset, and a proven track record of improving sales performance while maintaining profitability.
Key ResponsibilitiesAmazon Advertising & Campaign Management

Plan, create, manage, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and Amazon DSP (preferred).

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to maximize campaign performance.

Monitor and optimize bids, budgets, placements, and targeting strategies to improve ROAS and reduce ACoS/TACoS.

Identify growth opportunities and scale high-performing campaigns.
Performance Analysis & Reporting

Analyze campaign performance metrics including CTR, CVR, CPC, ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, and sales trends.

Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights for stakeholders.

Track and evaluate advertising effectiveness to ensure achievement of business goals.
Marketplace Growth & Optimization

Collaborate with content and catalog teams to improve product listings, storefronts, and conversion rates.

Support product launches with effective advertising and promotional strategies.

Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
Budget & Strategy Management

Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize profitability.

Develop and execute data-driven advertising strategies aligned with business objectives.

Continuously test and implement new optimization techniques and Amazon advertising features.
Required Skills & Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Advertising campaigns.

Strong understanding of Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and Amazon Seller/Vendor Central.

Proven experience optimizing ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, and overall campaign profitability.

Advanced knowledge of keyword research, bid management, and campaign scaling.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.

Experience using tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Data Dive, or similar Amazon analytics platforms.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing international Amazon marketplaces (US, UK, EU, etc.).

Knowledge of Amazon DSP and attribution reporting.

Experience with listing optimization, SEO, and conversion rate optimization.

Certifications in Amazon Advertising or Digital Marketing are a plus.
