About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with 5–6 years of hands-on development experience to build and maintain scalable full-stack web applications, workflow automation solutions, and AI-enabled products.
The ideal candidate should be a strong hands-on engineer with solid frontend and backend expertise and practical experience integrating LLM/Generative AI capabilities into production applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications.
- Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React, Angular, or Vue.
- Develop backend services and REST APIs using Node.js, Python, or .NET/C#.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services into web applications.
- Integrate LLM/GenAI capabilities into production applications.
- Design prompts and handle model responses, errors, and production use cases.
- Develop workflow automation solutions and optimize application processes.
- Design database schemas and write optimized queries.
- Build secure, scalable, and maintainable application architectures.
- Use Git-based version-control workflows and participate in code reviews.
- Containerize applications using Docker and support CI/CD pipelines.
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve application performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and other stakeholders to deliver solutions within timelines.
Required Skills
Frontend:
- Strong proficiency in at least one modern framework: React, Angular, or Vue.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript.
Backend:
- Strong experience in at least one backend stack:
- Node.js
- Python – Django / FastAPI / Flask
- .NET / C#
AI / GenAI – Mandatory:
- Hands-on experience integrating LLM/Generative AI capabilities into applications.
- Experience working with LLM/provider APIs.
- Understanding of prompt design and handling model responses in production environments.
APIs & Databases:
- Strong understanding of REST API design and integration.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Knowledge of database schema design and query optimization.
DevOps & Development Practices:
- Strong Git and version-control experience.
- Experience with Docker.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
Good to Have
- TypeScript experience across the full stack.
- Experience with RAG pipelines, embeddings, semantic search, or vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS, or Qdrant.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, agent frameworks, or tool-calling.
- Strong experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Infrastructure-as-code experience.
- Experience with WebSockets, streaming, message queues, or Redis.
- Experience with OAuth2, JWT, SSO, and application security best practices.
Candidate Profile
- 5–6 years of relevant full-stack development experience.
- Strong hands-on coding and problem-solving skills.
- Experience building production-grade web applications.
- Must have real-world AI/LLM integration experience.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Available to join immediately.
- Willing to work in a hybrid setup in Bangalore.
