Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Safety Officer for our Hospital Construction / Real Estate Construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of construction site safety, statutory compliance, risk assessment, and occupational health & safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement OHS policies and safety procedures.
- Conduct site inspections and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor the use of PPE and safe work practices.
- Conduct safety induction, toolbox talks, and training sessions.
- Investigate incidents and prepare accident reports.
- Recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain safety documentation and statutory records.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
- 7–12+ years of experience as a Safety Officer.
- Experience in Hospital Construction or Real Estate Construction projects is mandatory.
- Diploma in Fire & Safety (Mandatory).
- Any Graduate.
- Good knowledge of safety regulations, risk management, and incident investigation.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
Preferred
- Certification in Occupational Health & Safety (CSP, OHST, NEBOSH, IOSH, etc.) will be an added advantage.
