* Identify new clients and business opportunities.
* Build and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, consultants, architects, and industrial clients.
* Generate leads for PEB, steel structure, warehouse, and factory shed projects.
* Conduct client meetings and site visits.
* Prepare and coordinate quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
* Understand project requirements and coordinate with the technical team.
* Handle price negotiations and close orders.
* Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
* Achieve sales and business development targets.
* Coordinate with clients during project execution to ensure smooth communication and delivery.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
