Qualification - Any Graduate
Experience - Candidate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in counselling or sales or telecalling.
Industry Background - Education | Banking |Any sales Company.
Roles Responsibilty
1- Responsible for all Incoming calls Outgoing calls to the prospective leads and handling walk-ins.
2-Explain about admission procedures and courses offered to the prospective students and their parents through phone calls emails
3-Handle end-to-end process till application submissions.
4-Outreach visits to schools, colleges, and coaching centres — both within Mumbai and in other cities — to generate prospective student leads.
5-Participate in the decision-making process for student admissions based on college policies and guidelines
6-Maintain regular communication with students, parents, colleagues and external agencies for coordinating admission activities and resolving problems.
