About the Role
MaksaSoft is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build strong client relationships in the IT services domain. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and outbound outreach.
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities in the IT sector.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with prospects.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales documentation.
- Collaborate with technical and project teams to understand client requirements.
- Track sales activities and maintain CRM records.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or IT Services.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and lead generation techniques.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Basic understanding of software development and IT services is preferred.
