Key Responsibilities
- Lead client onboarding: review contracts, run kick-off calls, confirm user licenses/access levels, and coordinate training sessions
- Send welcome emails and maintain onboarding tracking sheets, sharing progress with clients and Customer Success
- Coordinate technical implementation for clients needing integrations, separate instances, or on-premise deployment — liaising between the Technical team and client
- Log all post-go-live issues and ad-hoc requests as Jira tickets immediately (via call, email, or WhatsApp), following the standard ticket format
- Follow up with the Technical team on open tickets and proactively update clients until resolution and confirmation
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and coordination skills across Sales, Technical, and Client teams
- Comfort working with Jira or similar ticketing tools
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, and client-first mindset
- Prior experience in customer support, SaaS preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
