About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven International SaaS Sales Manager / Team Lead to lead our global sales team and drive international business growth. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in B2B SaaS Sales, Enterprise Sales, International Business Development, Team Management, and Revenue Growth.
You will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team, developing winning sales strategies, building strong client relationships, managing the complete sales cycle, and consistently achieving revenue targets across global markets including the USA, Europe, Middle East, Australia, and other international regions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the International SaaS Sales team to achieve business goals.
- Set sales KPIs, revenue targets, and monitor team performance.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and develop high-performing sales professionals.
- Drive new customer acquisition across international markets including the USA, Europe, Middle East, Australia, and other global regions.
- Generate qualified leads and build relationships with enterprise clients and decision-makers.
- Own the complete B2B SaaS sales cycle from prospecting and product demonstrations to negotiation and deal closure.
- Develop and execute effective outbound sales and account growth strategies.
- Negotiate and close high-value SaaS and enterprise software deals.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to improve the customer journey and sales performance.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, pipeline management, and performance reports.
- Analyze sales data, identify growth opportunities, and improve conversion rates.
- Stay updated with SaaS industry trends, AI technologies, and international market developments.
Required Skills & QualificationsExperience
- 3+ years of experience in B2B Sales with strong SaaS sales exposure.
- Proven experience managing and leading a sales team.
- Demonstrated success selling SaaS products in international markets.
- Strong track record of consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
Sales & Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS Sales, Enterprise Sales, and Solution Selling.
- Experience with outbound sales, lead generation, product demonstrations, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar tools.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar sales intelligence platforms.
- Exposure to AI-powered SaaS solutions is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and AI productivity tools.
