We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Executive with 3–5 years of experience in residential and commercial property sales. The candidate should possess strong communication skills, client-handling ability, and deep knowledge of the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle property sales and client meetings professionally
- Generate leads through calls, references, and site visits
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options
- Conduct site visits and project presentations
- Maintain strong follow-up with clients for closures
- Coordinate with channel partners and internal teams
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Keep updated with market trends and competitor projects
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of residential/commercial projects
- Self-motivated and target-driven approach
- Ability to build long-term client relationships
- Graduate preferred
