Role: Full-Time | Individual Contributor | Field Role (Travel Involved)
About the Role
- Drive brand awareness, enroll students into free programs, and convert them into paid subscribers.
- You’ll work closely with parents, students, and schools, managing the full customer lifecycle through
- field sales and engagement.
Compensation:
● 7 LPA { 5lpa Fixed + 2lpa Variable + Travel Allowance}
○ For the first 2 months(Probation): 25k + Travel Allowance.
○ Post-probation (full-time) : 7 LPA (5lpa Fixed + 2lpa variable + Travel Allowance)
● Locations: Bangalore, Delhi NCR, Chennai & Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities
● Activate schools and promote UPRIO’s platform
● Enroll students into free trial batches
● Convert free users into paid subscribers
● Drive renewals, retention, and follow-ups
Required Skills & Qualifications
● Good communication Skills
● Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
● Willingness to travel and work on the field
