the Commis1 Chef is responsible for preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within a specific section of the kitchen (eg.,sauce, larder, pastry, or fish).Working under the direct supervision of the chef departie, you will ensure that food quality presentation, and hygiene standards are consistently met, This role requires a strong foundational knowledge of culinary techniques, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to assist in training junior commis chefs,
