We are looking for a highly organized and proactive E-commerce Operations executive to take ownership of the day-to-day operations of our D2C brand. The ideal candidate will act as the central point of contact across Amazon, Shopify, inventory, logistics, vendors, agencies, and internal teams, ensuring smooth business operations and timely execution.
Key Responsibilities
Amazon Marketplace Management
- Manage Amazon Seller Central on a daily basis.
- Monitor sales, inventory, pricing, and account health.
- Coordinate listing creation and updates.
- Resolve Amazon support cases and operational issues.
- Track returns, reimbursements, and customer complaints.
- Coordinate with advertising agencies and monitor campaign execution.
Shopify Website Management
- Coordinate website updates and content changes.
- Upload new products, images, and descriptions.
- Monitor website performance and customer experience.
- Coordinate with website developers and designers.
- Test new website features and report issues.
Inventory & Supply Chain Management
- Monitor inventory across warehouses and marketplaces.
- Generate replenishment plans and purchase requests.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturing partners.
- Track incoming shipments and stock transfers.
- Prevent stock-outs and excess inventory situations.
Vendor & Service Provider Coordination
- Manage relationships with logistics providers.
- Coordinate with packaging suppliers and vendors.
- Follow up with agencies, freelancers, and contractors.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned projects.
Reporting & Business Coordination
- Prepare daily and weekly business reports.
- Track key metrics including sales, inventory, stock coverage, and operational issues.
- Maintain task trackers and follow-up schedules.
- Ensure management is informed of important developments.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with vendors and agencies.
- Maintain organized business records and documentation.
- Follow up on pending tasks until completion.
- Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day business operations.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce operations.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central.
- Experience managing Shopify stores.
- Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with inventory planning and forecasting.
- Familiarity with Amazon PPC and marketplace analytics.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
