We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Specialist who is responsible for delivering efficient, compliant, and business centric services. The role ensures adherence to labour compliance, maintains data integrity within HR systems, supports payroll and finance compliance, and continuously improves operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, HRIS, payroll coordination, and process governance, while demonstrating excellent stakeholder management and problem solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS and process employee information updates.
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs including attendance, leave, overtime, bonuses, and salary revisions.
- Review payroll outputs, support reconciliations, and resolve payroll-related queries.
- Support statutory compliance activities including PF, ESI, PT, LWF, and Gratuity.
- Maintain statutory records and support internal/external audits.
- Monitor leave and attendance records for applicable teams and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare employment documents such as appointment letters, appraisal letters, experience certificates, salary certificates, and employment verification letters.
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards covering headcount, attrition, new hires, exits, attendance, and employee demographics.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Coordinate with diversified stakeholders such as People Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, Admin, IT, business managers, and external vendors.

Candidate Profile
- 4–6 years of experience in HR Operations
- Hands-on experience in payroll coordination and statutory compliance
- Experience working with HRIS platforms such as greytHR, Zoho People, etc
- Good understanding of Indian labour laws
- Experience in HR documentation and process audits
- Experience supporting organisations with 250+ employees is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
