Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR & Marketing Intern to support day-to-day HR operations and assist in executing marketing strategies. This role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, branding, and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources (HR)
Assist in recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews) Maintain and update employee records and databases Support onboarding and induction activities Help coordinate training programs and internal communications Assist in HR documentation, reports, and compliance tasks
Marketing
Support social media management and content creation Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns Conduct market research and competitor analysis Help with email marketing, promotions, and lead generation Coordinate with the design/content team for marketing materials Required Skills & Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of HR practices and digital marketing Familiarity with MS Office / Google Workspace Social media awareness is an added advantage Good organizational and time-management skills
