About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Inside Sales Specialist who can guide prospective clients through their healthcare journey while helping them choose the right programs and services.
The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator with strong consultative selling skills, empathy towards patients, and the ability to convert enquiries into long-term clients.
This role is responsible for managing leads generated through digital marketing, referrals, website enquiries, walk-ins, events, and doctor networks.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management
- Handle inbound enquiries received through phone, WhatsApp, website, Meta Ads, Google Ads, email, and walk-ins.
- Respond promptly to all enquiries within defined turnaround times.
- Qualify leads based on eligibility, requirements, budget, and readiness.
- Schedule consultations, assessments, and program orientations.
- Maintain regular follow-up until conversion.
Sales & Conversion
- Understand client needs through consultative discussions.
- Recommend suitable healthcare programs and services.
- Explain program benefits, pricing, timelines, and expected outcomes.
- Address objections professionally.
- Convert qualified leads into paying customers.
- Achieve monthly revenue and enrolment targets.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build trust with prospective clients through education and guidance.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding.
CRM & Documentation
- Maintain accurate lead records in CRM.
- Update every interaction and follow-up.
- Track lead stages and conversion status.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Coordination
Work closely with:
- Doctors
- Physiotherapists
- Nutritionists
- Fitness Coaches
- Customer Success Team
- Marketing Team
- Front Office
to ensure a seamless patient journey.
Sales Activities
- Conduct telephonic consultations.
- WhatsApp engagement.
- Email follow-ups.
- Virtual consultations where required.
- Lead nurturing campaigns.
- Upselling and cross-selling suitable services.
Pay: ₹12,250.09 - ₹30,158.20 per month
