Job Title: SSL (Skid Steer Loader) Specialist – Field Service Engineer / Manager
Location: Sambalpur
Qualifications:
- Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- 3–8 years of experience in the Construction Equipment industry (SSL/Skid Steer Loader preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Skid Steer Loaders at customer sites.
- Carry out preventive maintenance and breakdown service.
- Provide technical support and ensure maximum machine uptime.
- Coordinate with customers, service teams, and spare parts departments.
- Prepare service reports and maintain service documentation.
- Support warranty claim processes and drive customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Strong technical knowledge of construction equipment.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field service.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Work Location: Sambalpur
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
