Job Description: Showroom Manager

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Showroom Manager to oversee daily showroom operations, drive sales, and ensure an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, sales acumen, and the ability to manage a team efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day showroom operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Drive sales performance and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Supervise and guide showroom staff to deliver excellent customer service
- Handle walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and close sales
- Maintain product displays, visual merchandising, and showroom cleanliness
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory/warehouse teams
- Prepare daily sales reports and share insights with management
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally
- Ensure adherence to company policies and operational standards
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in retail/showroom sales (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good leadership and team management abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and billing systems
- Customer-oriented mindset with a sales-driven approach
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in e-commerce or electronics/consumer goods showroom
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
