Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greeting guests warmly, escorting them to tables, presenting menus, and addressing needs promptly.
- Service Delivery: Serving food and beverages, checking on guest satisfaction, refilling drinks, and removing dirty dishes from the table.
- Sales & Knowledge: Upselling appetizers, desserts, or beverages and providing detailed information regarding ingredients, allergies, and daily specials.
- Table Maintenance: Setting up tables and cleaning/sanitizing tables after guests depart.
- Payments: Delivering checks, processing cash or card payments, and handling transactions securely.
Freshers are also welcome. Local candidates are preferred.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
