AGM Sales – NEXA (Assistant General Manager – Sales) Job Description
The Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Sales at a NEXA dealership is responsible for driving vehicle sales, managing the sales team, achieving revenue targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting overall dealership growth. The role combines sales leadership, business development, and operational management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the NEXA sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and profitability.
- Monitor sales performance, conversion ratios, and customer inquiries.
- Ensure superior customer experience throughout the vehicle buying journey.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate customers, high-value clients, and channel partners.
- Conduct regular sales reviews, team meetings, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Finance, Insurance, and After-Sales departments for seamless operations.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and business performance reviews for management.
- Ensure compliance with Maruti Suzuki NEXA standards and dealership policies.
