Candidate Profile- MBA / PGDM in HR or related stream.
Strong hands-on experience in Employee Lifecycle, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Performance Management & implementation of people processes. Good understanding of HRMS platforms, HR analytics, and MIS will be preferred. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills. Emotional intelligence, business acumen and ownership to drive results.
Key Deliverables HR Business Partnering & Talent Management - Partner with business leaders to understand people priorities, address workforce challenges, and support achievement of business objectives. Work with Management to identify futuristic manpower needs of the business and competencies required to drive performance and growth.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding - Handle hiring (internal as well as external) to ensure availability of quality talent at all times. Lead onboarding & orientation for seamless assimilation for all new employees, into company’s culture & environment Performance Management & Career Progression- Facilitate implementation of PMS, talent reviews, career discussions, performance conversations (with low performers) to drive performance and growth. Implement Career progression and Succession Planning initiatives with the Management.
Learning & Capability Building - Coordinate learning initiatives and support capability development, including hi-pot & leadership pipeline development, aligned with business and people priorities. Encourage internal experts towards knowledge sharing initiatives consistently. Employee Relations & Retention - Manage employee relations matters, act as point-of-contact for all employee queries, concerns, and consistently plan & drive initiatives that foster a positive work environment and support retention of talent.
Employee Experience - Drive employee engagement, communication, recognition, and culture-building initiatives to strengthen employee experience. Ensure implementation of Reward and Recognition framework. HR Operations & Policy Implementation - Ensure effective implementation of HR policies and practices, and seamless execution of employee lifecycle processes (hire to retire), handle HR operations on a day-to-day basis.
Compliance Excellence - Ensure all policies and practices are aligned with the prevalent laws HR operations, statutory compliance, HRMS management, and HR analytics. HRMS, Analytics & MIS - Manage HRMS processes, maintain people data, track HR metrics, and generate MIS and analytics to support informed decision-making. Team Development - Develop direct reports with continuous direction, reviews and mentoring, fostering a high-performance culture.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
